Check out their Family-Friendly Workplace Assessment. It's a free way to get your organization started on a path toward workplace parity. Once you've started to understand where you stand, take advantage of the Family-Friendly Workplace Toolkit, offered through a partnership between EPIC and the Colorado Department of Public Health and the Environment, to fill any gaps you've discovered.
